STEP 1 - PREPARE ARTWORK
Follow our artwork specifications to prepare your design for optimum print quality.
- Preferred File Type: .eps, .psd, .ai, .pdf - Files must be at least 300 dpi or Vector Format - Max print size is 15 in wide by 19 in long - If a print-ready graphic is not provided, a $35/hour art fee will be charged. TIP: Manage the number of colors and locations to stay on budget. The more colors per design, the more expensive the print run. |
STEP 2 - SELECT GARMENT TYPE
We source our garments to include most major brands, and are able to print on any variety of garments: t-shirts, aprons, sweats, etc. We do not mark up our blank goods, so any price changes are a result of a more/less expensive garment.

STEP 3 - DETERMINE QUANTITIES AND SIZES
Determine how many items you will want printed. Orders must total a minimum of 48+ pieces. Total quantities are calculated per design, so your total may have a variety of sizes and garments as long as the design remains the same.
TIP: Keep in mind, larger quantities receive larger price breaks. |
STEP 4 - SUBMIT ART & REQUEST AN ESTIMATE
When you are ready to order, email us for an exact price quote. We will return your email with an estimate to review.
Include the following details in your email: - artwork files (if available) - design details (colors & locations) - garment (styles, sizing, & quantities) Please do not hesitate to ask questions. Our team is happy to work with you, to find a price that fits your budget. |
STEP 6 - ORDER PRODUCTION
Screen printing is a timeless art form. Because of the great detail that goes into preparing the perfect print, screen printing is normally done in bulk. (Hence, the lower price per shirt for larger quantities). One screen is used for each color to be printed - screens must be lined up (or registered) and printed on test sheets to ensure that all of the colors line up correctly. Inks are then pushed through the screens one color at a time onto the apparel. Finally, each piece is run through a large dryer to cure the inks. Our experienced staff takes great care producing a high quality print of your custom design.
